With each order, we will settle for nothing less than to surprise and delight you from the first taste to the last crumb. So if you have any questions at all, we’re here to help! We’ve compiled some of our most frequently asked questions below, but if there’s anything else on your mind please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Do you deliver?
We currently do not deliver as we area 2 person team, and are busy baking!

Do you do fondant?
We do not use fondant in our bakery to design our cakes or cupcakes. 

Do you provide or rent cake/cupcake stands?
We do not provide or rent cupcake or cake stands. We recommend talking with your decorator as they usually have these items available or can source them.

Do you offer gluten free cakes or desserts?
We have limited gluten friendly cupcake options. Please note we cannot guarantee these products will be free of allergens as we use wheat in our other baked goods. For dietary requests, please fill out our custom order form.

When can I pick up my order?
You can request a pick-up date when you place your order. We will do our best to honor your requested date, but cannot guarantee it. We will contact you to confirm your pick-up date.

How far in advance do I need to order?
The earlier the better-at least 1 week for cupcakes and 2 weeks for cakes for any order! We take a limited number of large events and weddings per week to make sure each couple gets the attention they deserve. Peak summer and fall dates fill up fast so contact us as soon as you know your date. 

For all other orders or other smaller events we ask for 7-10 days advance notice.

What if I need to make changes to my order?
We ask that changes be made as soon as possible. Changes for weddings and other large events need to be done 2 weeks prior to your event.
